Prices displayed on the Site are in INR and are subject to change without notice. Payment for orders placed on the Site must be made using a valid credit card or other payment method accepted by Train2Recruit.com.

1.5 Payment Transactions

We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

1.6 Shipping is not applicable for business.

We do not provide any shipping for any of our tools/services/books/products.

2.4 Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

Following the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (CPA, 2019) of India, and considering the digital nature of our products (Power Boolean tool, US IT Vendors' and Recruiters' email data, US IT Recruitment Guide, and IT Tech Stacks book), all sales are final and non-refundable/Non-Transferable. This non-refundable policy aligns with Section 18(1)(j) of the CPA, 2019, which allows businesses to exclude specific categories of services from the right to return and refund. These services and tools cannot be transferred to another user.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances where the product demonstrably violates Indian law or regulations, or suffers from technical issues preventing access or containing demonstrably inaccurate information, we may consider offering a partial refund or store credit at our sole discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
